This strand is made from 100% bonded nylon cord and Czech glass seed beads. They're designed for permanent wear and tie on, 1 strand is included. Please indicate how many inches you need in the notes.

TYING YOUR WAIST BEADS

1. Position the strand around your waist, where you would like them to lay.
2. Cross the ends at your desired fit, hold that spot, while allowing the extra beads to drop to the ends.
3. Tie 3-4 knots that spot.
4. Cut the ends to release the extra beads into a bowl, then cut the strings off close to the knot.

WEARING YOUR WAIST BEADS:
