This strand measures 50in in length (40 inches also available) and it's made from 100% bonded nylon cord and Czech glass seed beads. They're designed for permanent wear and tie on, 1 strand is included.
TYING YOUR WAIST BEADS
Position the strand around your waist, where you would like them to lay.
Cross the ends at your desired fit, hold that spot, while allowing the extra beads to drop to the ends.
Tie 3-4 knots that spot.
Cut the ends to release the extra beads into a bowl, then cut the strings off close to the knot.
