If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one in the same collection. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. The only items that ARE NOT returnable are waistbeads.

If for some reason your jewelry breaks, you can send us an email at chiuniquefinds@gmail.com and we'll work with you on repairing your item for FREE for up to 180 days after purchase.
